What You’ll Do

Explore the culinary flavors of Hawaii in this transportive tropical cooking course.

Enjoy the best that Hawaii has to offer in this visually stunning tropical cooking class. You'll start by grilling pineapple for a salad, releasing extra sweetness from the fruit. Then, make some Kalua pork sliders with spicy slaw. No Hawaiian feast would be complete without spam, the classic canned meat, which you'll wrap in seaweed to create a traditional musubi. Finish with a sweet and refreshing strawberry-banana daiquiri ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great class with excellent tasting food. My son and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this class to others. The chef was knowledgeable, approachable, and very nice!
