Cooking Class - Purely Provence

What You’ll Do

Bring French Riviera flavor to your dining table.

Boost your French cooking skills by joining this cooking class. You'll work alongside a gourmet chef who will share traditional techniques for pan-roasting chicken and preparing a white wine beurre blanc. You'll also slice vegetables for a lentil, goat cheese and walnut salad. Next up is fresh haricots verts with herbes de Provence. For dessert, enjoy vanilla madeleine sandwiches with strawberry Chantilly cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.

For the time and meal prepared it wasn't worth the price. The guest chef was knowledgeable and entertaining.
