What You’ll Do

Bring out your inner Parisian chef in this inspired French culinary course.

Create elevated French cuisine as you craft your way through these famous French dishes with a twist in this gourmet cooking class. You will sear a perfectly juicy strip steak topped with a whole grain mustard sauce alongside frites perfect for dipping. You'll also put together a fresh green bean salad with a tangy shallot vinaigrette to cut through the fattiness. To finish things off, make a classic créme brûlée with an orangey twist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
