This immersive cooking class celebrates Italy’s signature ingredients from bright tomatoes and fragrant basil to savory olives and homemade pasta. Explore vibrant Italian flavors while practicing fundamental skills including mixing basil pesto, developing bold puttanesca sauce and poaching tender salmon in olive oil. Finish the meal with homemade zeppole, Italian-style donuts with chocolate-hazelnut sauce for dipping.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Terrible. We left after 10 minutes and are seeking a full refund. It’s not a cooking class for families to learn how to make wings and pizza; it’s a demonstration geared toward young children who participate by taking turns mixing. It was a definite miss for us and very disappointing given the price and the effort we made to travel to be together for Father’s Day.

We had a fantastic time with Chef Scott! Not only was the food delicious, but he did a fantastic job of explaining the technique behind each step in the recipe, which made for an interesting and fun experience!
