Learn how to create fresh, healthy Paleo fare as Chef Joseph guides you through a stunning four course menu. Craft recipes for Paleo friendly breakfasts, main courses, and even dessert.

Master Chef Joseph’s succulent breakfast egg cups laced with fresh spinach. Cook satisfying seared salmon wraps paired with an apple fennel slaw, followed by a decadent chicken and sausage jambalaya with cauliflower rice. The meal ends on a sweet note with strawberry and coconut ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
