What You’ll Do

Learn to cook like a real nonna in this Italian-inspired culinary course.

Let your inner nonna shine in this interactive cooking class. Learn to create Italian specialties like shrimp fra diavolo with perfectly al dente linguine and just the right note of garlic. Create a perfectly balanced caprese salad with a pesto vinaigrette, with an ideal ratio of fresh mozzarella to tomato. Grill up a hearty side of squash topped with rich ricotta and mint. Finish things off with a silky zabaglione.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Miguel was not there- it was another chef - although the atmosphere was nice, 2 of the 4 items were not able to be made by us because the time allowed -
