What You’ll Do

Each recipe is a delicious breakfast option, but together they create the ultimate brunch menu.

Join this hands-on cooking class to prepare the ultimate brunch spread, combining sweet and savory delights. Sip on a caffeinated maple latte while mastering a fluffy skillet soufflé pancake topped with homemade lemon syrup and fresh blackberries. Next, perfect classic eggs Benedict with poached eggs and rich Hollandaise sauce. Finish with crispy bacon and leek potato hash that will make brunch your favorite meal of the day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

Jess was a great baker/teacher today. We were only 2 students, which made instruction very personal, we could ask all the questions we had as we went along. We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
