Each recipe is a delicious breakfast option, but together they create the ultimate brunch menu.

Join this hands-on cooking class to prepare the ultimate brunch spread, combining sweet and savory delights. Sip on a caffeinated maple latte while mastering a fluffy skillet soufflé pancake topped with homemade lemon syrup and fresh blackberries. Next, perfect classic eggs Benedict with poached eggs and rich Hollandaise sauce. Finish with crispy bacon and leek potato hash that will make brunch your favorite meal of the day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
