Seattle is home to a diverse array of cuisine, and in this class you will be preparing gourmet dishes with a French twist and with the expert guidance of Chef Bruce. In addition to his enjoyment of sharing his love for cooking, Chef Bruce provides a fun and welcoming environment in which to learn. The best part is being able to bring your new skills home with you to treat family and friends again and again.
Set off on your culinary journey with a full-flavored smoked red pepper and classic heirloom tomato soup, followed by delectable shellfish terrine with crayfish, Hood Canal shrimp, mussels, and clams. Continue with succulent grilled rabbit meatballs. The grand finale is composed of a dessert that is fit-for-the-gods; sorbet made of watermelon, sage and Thai dragon pepper.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This is a lecture demonstration class. Everything is made from 'scratch' from the raw ingredients to the finished dishes in real time.
