We booked the fresh pasta from scratch class with Sarah. It really exceeded our expectations; Sarah has such a wide range of knowledge of cooking techniques and even the history of foods. She is an excellent teacher and time flew by. The dinner was very tasty; we really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend. The Cozy meal staff was also responsive which I appreciated as I had never booked anything like this before.

We picked up a bunch of helpful tips from chef Sarah and made a delicious Italian meal consisting of a flatbread appetizer, Caesar salad, two types of pasta (tagliatelle and squash ravioli) and a Nutella wonton dessert. Glad I booked the class. Anxious to start making my own pasta!!
