Cooking Class - Oven-Fresh Danishes

What You’ll Do

Hone your skills while making delectable Danish pastries.

In this in-depth cooking class, you'll transform simple ingredients into two types of heavenly Danish pastries. An esteemed pastry chef will guide you from start to finish, from making incredibly flaky dough to filling classic Danish pockets with rich cream cheese and shaping apricot pinwheels into their iconic form. This class is perfect if looking to take a deep dive into the tantalizing world of baking!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The food was terrific but the class was not very interactive. We stood around watching the chef cut and mix ingredients. Definitely wanted a more hands on experience. Additionally, the chef said he would email the recipes and we have yet to receive them 4 days later.

We got to work with Chef Corie, and it was great! The food was delicious, the instructions easy to follow and understand, and me and my friend had a wonderful time!
