Cooking Class - Handmade Holiday Yule Log

What You’ll Do

Discover professional techniques to create a culinary centerpiece in this cooking class.

Bring the warm flavors of coffee and chocolate to the next holiday gathering. Join a world-class chef who will share traditional techniques and decorating tips for a made-from-scratch yule log. Learn how to mix batter and prepare a sponge cake that you'll fill with Italian mocha buttercream, roll and shape into an authentic yule log. Decorate with marzipan pine cones and delicate sugared cranberries.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We got to work with Chef Corie, and it was great! The food was delicious, the instructions easy to follow and understand, and me and my friend had a wonderful time!

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.
