What You’ll Do

Learn time-honored techniques to create traditional Japanese street foods.

Explore the sweet, savory and umami flavors of Japanese cooking at this insightful cooking class. Following a chef tutor, you’ll learn how to prepare an assortment of traditional dishes including chicken yakitori with a citrus glaze, crispy vegetable tempura in a light and airy batter and pork and shrimp gyoza. Finish your session with sesame miso cookies.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
