Cooking Class - Spanish Flavors to Savor

What You’ll Do

Learn to prepare a simple Spanish supper of seasonal food.

Spanish cuisine is known for fiesta flavors and fresh ingredients, as you’ll discover at this hands-on cooking class. Guided by your experienced instructor, you’ll roast pork loin and serve with rich romesco sauce and make sides of potatoes with paprika and salad. Finally, round off your menu with olive oil ice cream topped with Marcona almonds.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I enjoyed our time! The food turned out great! Chef Bradford was energetic, engaging and kind. It was our first cooking class and we didn’t know what to expect but we would definitely recommend. We made crab cakes, steak and a melted lava cake.
