There is nothing quite like the satisfaction that comes with enjoying a freshly-baked cookie that you have prepared yourself, and now your child can unlock the secrets to creating a variety of irresistible treats from around the globe.
Chef Tené discovered her love for baking as a young child, and greatly enjoys sharing her passion for the craft with the next generation. Her class includes two featured cookie recipes and is for kids ages 7 through 12.
All kids and tweens need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.

Chef Tene is a Southern girl after my own heart. Her courses start when she puts a picture of her Great Grandparents up in the kitchen to honor where her love of food began. She then shares all the secrets of Southern Fried Chicken and candied yams with such grace and kindness that you wish the evening would never end. Each dish is more delicious than the last and Chef Tene makes it all look like just the simplest thing in the world. Highly recommended.
