Travel to Florence in this cooking class inspired by Chef Theodore’s time in Italy
A staple of Italian dining, making fresh pasta is a time-honored skill steeped in culinary tradition. Chef Theodore’s years of experience and travels through Italy have taught him the practical techniques that he will teach you in this class.
You will learn how to create two very different types of pasta in this class--long, flat fettuccine and orecchiette, a rounded pasta named for its ear-like shape. You will then be walked through the process of cooking both a classic, meaty bolognese sauce as well as a delectable white truffle cream sauce to top your handmade pasta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is a joy from start to finish. Chef Theodore’s house is gorgeous, he is awesome, his food is mouthwatering and he is a fabulous teacher. Nothing could be better than spending a few hours in his stylish, airy kitchen with a group of friends learning to make delicious food. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough. He make everything simple and fun and has such a sense of style to everything he does. Highly recommended!

It's hard to not enjoy Chef Theodore's presence. Chef Theodore is a very knowledgable chef with extensive culinary and cooking class experience. He is a great teacher, a great chef and very entertaining. His kitchen is one of the nicest kitchens I have been in. I participated in his pasta making class in Los Angeles and really enjoyed it. If you take it, he will also share with you some of the ingredients he has brought with himself from his recent trip to Europe. Great cooking class!

Our Cozymeal experience with Chef Theodore was a delight! He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived until we stepped out the door. He took us through each recipe step by step to ensure we could recreate these delicious dishes in our own kitchen for future guests. It was an experience we would love to try again.
After years of hosting dinner parties, I decided to take my culinary skills to the next level by attending the International Culinary Center’s 'Farm to Table' program and later working at Bouchon restaurant. Since moving back home to Los Angeles I have been hosting private dinners, teaching cooking classes and filming my cooking series on YouTube.
