Cooking intimidates me. I am terrified of being judged by others if I don’t know how to perfectly dice a tomato. I regularly eat at my desk and don’t own a food processor. Yet, I absolutely loved Cozymeal’s class last evening! I attend a Cozymeal cooking class in the D.C. area and it was a delicious blast. Chef Tony got us all to participate in a judgement-free way and gave us some great tips on preparing gourmet dishes in with minimal preparation time. He is all about using rich flavors in his dishes. He helped us prepare branzino, scallops, mussels, Italian paella, roasted bell pepper salad, seafood risotto and some other dishes I’ve totally forgotten because I’m still experiencing a food coma. This class was relaxing, a good bonding experience, and works perfectly as an afterwork event. I was able to learn a lot and eat a lot. I think I might make some of those dishes tonight. Thanks Cozymeal!

I booked a Cozymeal cooking class in Wash DC taught by Chef Tony and it was an overall awesome experience; very fun and super educational! Chef Tony is the owner of an establishment in Bethesda, MD that serves mainly Mediterranean food. We prepared a number of seafood dishes including shrimp paella, lobster, mussels with bacon and white wine sauce, pan seared scallops, lobster risotto and bronzino that was oven-baked. The ingredients were all super high-quality and Chef Tony shared his cooking tips, was very friendly and attentive, and answered all of our questions. When we had finished cooking, we all enjoyed a great meal that we had all contributed to. What a great idea for a business! I definitely recommend Cozymeal, whether you’d like to learn to prepare a new kind of cuisine or are just looking for a fun activity to enjoy with a friend or partner. I will definitely be booking with them again soon!

I found Cozymeal along with my friend as we were getting ready for our trip to DC and we participated in a cooking class with Chef Tony. His Italian pasta making class was not only fun but educational, and the pasta was AMAZING! It was an incredible experience and I look forward to booking another class with Cozymeal again soon!
