Indulge your palate learning to make nutritious Spanish meals with Chef Elaine
Prepare for a unique learning experience in a personalized setting as you explore healthy Spanish cuisine. Chef Elaine enjoys sharing her expertise in preparing mouthwatering meals that also accommodate a variety of dietary preferences. In addition to her background as a personal chef, she pursues her culinary passions in the form of corporate catering and instructing at a variety of cooking workshops.
Your class begins by learning to prepare a luscious gazpacho, followed by your choice of savory Spanish roasted chicken, succulent line-caught fish, or hearty beans. Continue by making a delicious stuffed potato. Such a culinary experience would not be complete without a fitting dessert. So finally you will prepare coconut milk ice cream with fresh fruit that will delight your tastebuds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Elaine was a pleasure to cook with! She really taught us about how to pick the perfect fruit or veggie and gave us helpful tips on what vendors to use at the farmer's market. We crafted a delicious savory brunch together and we can't wait to re-make some of the delicacies we made with Chef Elaine. We look forward to cooking with her again in the near future.

I am, in no particular order, a Personal Chef, Corporate Caterer, Workshop Teacher, Online Instructor, and Italian Grandmother. I offer glorious edible creations inspired by Old World tastes with a modern and healthy Southern Californian approach to food that I call 'New American'.
