Few recipes represent a merging of influences like the classic Louisiana dishes in this cooking class. With creations like sausage and chicken gumbo, shrimp in remoulade dipping sauce, traditional beans and rice and bananas Foster with homemade ice cream, your first-rate instructor shows you how to make a lively array of fun Southern dishes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
