What You’ll Do

Learn to create a colorful, seasonal brunch menu and impress your family or friends.

In this cooking class, welcome the season with a colorful brunch lineup that highlights fresh, springtime ingredients. You’ll start with roasted asparagus salad drizzled in thyme vinaigrette, served alongside crisp prosciutto for added texture. Indulge in an orange-scented french toast casserole, sweetened with Grand Marnier maple syrup for a citrusy twist and whip up a savory leek, Parmesan and ham quiche that ties the meal together. Celebrate the warmth of spring in each delicious bite.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
