We had a wonderful evening making bruschetta, risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramisu. We learned some tips for getting the right texture for the risotto, got a refresher on correctly searing chicken, and made tiramisu for the first time.

We had wonderful Bruscetta with Chicken Masala and Risotto, followed by Tiramisu. Chef Coco was our chef and she was absolutely TREMENDOUS. Cannot recommend this enough!
