Learn to create showstopping Italian cuisine in a hands-on class.

Jump into the famous world of Italian cuisine in a one-of-a-kind cooking class. Learn new skills in the kitchen under the instruction of a five-star professional chef. Start with a rosemary-grilled chicken with lemon saffron risotto and roasted broccolini with garlic-lemon butter on the side. End the class with a tangy lemon polenta cake for dessert.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I had such a lovely time at the Cozy Brunch cooking class today! The chef was very fun and very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.

I had an amazing time as this was my first class. There wasn't a large turnout so it was a more intimate experience, getting quality time with the chef and the other few people in the room. The Osso Buco came out perfectly. I learned some good tips, had a fun time and met some great people. I will definitely be signing up for more classes this week!

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. The Resident Chef was professional, personable and an amazing chef. We shared a stove with another couple and had a fantastic time cooking and laughing. The food was delicious; the food I enjoyed the most was the steak and dessert. We will bel back for another class in the near future.

Friendly and professional, Chef Vilsaria provided simple guidance, which made our first-ever "cooking class" surprisingly enjoyable. I was somewhat intimidated, but she set a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which made the evening a fun night out for us. We definitely will be back!

I've never made pasta before. I loved, loved the class & Chef Sam did a great job. It's amazing how much we accomplished in such a short time. When I think about cooking dinner, my mind says it's going to take hours. I will definitely be making this meal very soon.

We attended the Rustic Italian date night class. Chef Rosalind was an excellent instructor; she explained the cooking directions clearly, as well as provided additional nutritional information. Our meal was delicious! I would recommend Cozymeal classes. They are fun and entertaining.

We had a wonderful morning with Chef Kate learning to make croissants! She was an amazing instructor clearly explaing every step and had a sense of humor when we had mishaps lol! I learned so much about butter, yeast and the entire process. Then we each received 2 savory and 2 chocolate croissants to take home. Highly recommend you jump in and learn about the French art of the croissant!

Enjoyed the class and it was my first class. Renee is a great teacher, her communication with the group and on individual basis was excellent! I've enjoyed the hands on approach and she demonstrated those skills with finesse. The food was good quality and prep tools were good to use. I would have given a 5 star, however, I felt the size of the class was too large although I do understand the purpose of generating revenue from the class but it seemed to slow down the progress. I would have also liked to have completed the process of how to make the dessert from step 1 to finish. Would I attend another one, absolutely!! Is there a way you could design a class that is specific to what we want? For example, how to make pasta starting at scratch to preparing the dough to the end outcome? That is just merely an example.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

We made ramen, which was good. However, we didn’t know we would be sharing stations other others, so we didn’t really get the full experience of cooking everything ourselves. We stood around more than actually cooking.

Couldn't find parking. We weren't warned that would be a problem. Drove around looking for parking until the class was over. I called and told them. They didn't help or respond. Refund requested.

Awful, if your location is the downtown store and not a home of yourself or the chef, it is a terrible experience only for people who have never cooked in their life and only see it as a novel activity. The staff barley pay attention to you, all the stuff is basically pre done for you, and then your put it all in a bowl together. Just cook at home

I loved our chef! But it was disappointing not to make our own pie crust as this was a big part of why I signed up. Also, I was cooking with two other people, so I did not get to do something start to finish as all tasks were split up between 3 people. For a $99 fee, most classes let you cook your own dishes. This was really disappointing.

We were not notified the class was cancelled. In fact we received reminders and hour before to attend. They charged me multiple times and returned. I took vacation time for this class for nothing. Will never use again. Now multiple business days required to refund my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It was fun, but I wish I would have known more about the experience. Bringing wine wasn't an option, but people had it and most of us were confused. Also, spending all that money and having to share a station and the prep with another couple would have been useful prior to booking. I'd do this again, if we had our own station and could cook as one couple.

The class was definitely fun! It was a little different than I anticipated - for example there were four people to a station so my boyfriend and I shared everything with another couple - this was totally fine but just different! I was a little disappointed that the dough took too long to make so it was already pre-made. The class itself was closer to 2 hours and was not as hands on as I hoped. But still good experience and it was a beginner class so it makes sense!
