Learn how to create a traditional multi-course Italian family supper with Chef Joey
Join Chef Joey for a traditional Italian dining experience packed with fresh pasta, rustic entrees, and more. Chef Joey honed his culinary skills while living in Italy and is a master of Italian cuisine.
Kick the night off with an abundance selection of handmade antipasti chosen by Chef Joey. Next, enjoy handmade pasta topped with the sauce of your choice. Choose from either creamy vodka sauce, spicy arrabbiata, traditional puttanesca, a simple sugo rosso (red sauce), as well as two types of pesto - Genovese or Sicilian. The meat course is next with your choice of chicken, veal, or pork scallopini prepared in one of four styles - alla piccata, alla marsala, al milanese, or al pomodoro. Accompany it all with a selection of two vegetables including delicate fingerling potatoes with sel de gris, sautéed spinach, char-steamed market vegetable, pommes purée, or olive oil poached carrots.
