What You’ll Do

Learn to make authentic Italian cuisine inspired by the coast.

Dive into the delicious world of Italian seafood with a hands-on cooking class. Learn to make fresh coastal dishes from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Start with fresh steamed mussels sauteed with white wine, fragrant garlic and garden-fresh herbs. Next, prepare sweet pea ravioli with basil-mint pesto and crispy prosciutto for the main course. End the class with citrusy zabaglione with oranges and grapefruit for dessert.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

I had an amazing time as this was my first class. There wasn't a large turnout so it was a more intimate experience, getting quality time with the chef and the other few people in the room. The Osso Buco came out perfectly. I learned some good tips, had a fun time and met some great people. I will definitely be signing up for more classes this week!
