What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare your favorite Thai flavors at home.

Forego the local Thai restaurant by preparing your own creations in this cooking class. Under the guidance of an esteemed chef, you'll master techniques for slicing, combining and wok-frying ingredients into a classic chicken pad Thai. You'll also prepare a lemongrass and Thai basil stir-fry. Dessert is a coconut crème caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Thai Cuisine. I cooked with a new vegetable, which I liked. I also learning about the history of Thai food, especially the pad thai. And great Asian supermarkets.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
