What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare a trio of French pastries.

Indulge your sweet tooth with this cooking class focused on the art of French pastry creation. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll pick up techniques for mixing pastry dough. Learn how to combine salt, cream and butter into fleur del sel caramels. Work with puff pastry to prepare and shape lemon-sugared palmiers. Learn how to form choux pastry into decadent chocolate-glazed eclairs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
