What You’ll Do

Learn to make quintessential recipes from the French pastry case.

This interactive cooking class focuses on dessert fundamentals such as making caramels by hand and practicing proper pastry techniques. Guided by a world-class chef, you’ll laminate dough to shape palmiers coated in lemon sugar. Then, master the elements of traditional éclairs from forming, piping and baking choux pastry to creating a glossy chocolate glaze.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made pasta with two sauces and had a great time. My grandson learned how to cut onions, make pasta, mince garlic-all real chef techniques. He was so proud of himself and brought dinner home for his family. Just watching his joy in cooking was the best! I also learned techniques. The chefs were so positive and helpful. It was a great experience for both of us!
