Where will you be for NYE? Here's an idea...
Ring in the New Year with a romantic date night cooking class! Together, you'll learn to prepare a sumptuous steak au poivre with flamed brandy and mustard sauce, paired with creamy truffled pommes purée. Not forgetting a refreshing frisée salad drizzled with champagne vinaigrette on the side. Await midnight with a dark chocolate soufflé topped with cocoa nib cream. Create a memorable meal together to welcome the new year!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Terrible class with no recipes or notes we could take. Pizza was terrible and chef said she has never made pizza at home

We had a great time! Date night was really fun and we enjoyed all the other couples! I would have given 5 stars if chairs or stools would have been provided to eat our meal.

I wanted to give 2.5 stars because in the end I did learned what I wanted but I also realized I could have learned the same thing on You Tube and saved a fee. The teacher rushed through the class so she could shill the products at . Then proceeded to be condescending toward me. I will not be taking any other courses through Cozymeal. You Tube here I come.

I liked the demonstration and directions were given. I would have liked to have been able to review the recipes as we were cooking. We needed more kitchen utensils, so everyone at our table could complete their tasks. Example, there was only one rolling pin for six people. The class was rushed because there was another class after our group and we had to eat really fast. I burned my tongue. These are minor things that can be changed. Overall, I had a wonderful time. Never would have thought that I could make Dim Sum. My group was fun and encouraging. Chef was a little feisty, knowledgeable, and fun.

We had the resident chef. I wish it was more hands on and a smaller group. She was a great teacher and we had a nice evening. The mirror above the chef's counter was a an awesome idea that should be used more. The camera above the stove was a smart addition. I wish we all could make our own meal then have somewhere to sit and enjoy the meal rather than standing and being rushed to eat. You could tell the staff was rushed towards the end and trying to get out of there for the night. The food was delicious. I would try a different cooking class before going back to this one. Overall I was not impressed. It would also be nice to know that open toed shoes are not allowed ahead of time. We were not allowed to use knives because we were wearing sandles.

Chef omei was not there for our class. A substitute chef was their instead. He didn't know the menu at all and was unprepared and scattered. Right to the very end he had no idea the steps or recipes. Couldn't multi task but the Participants really were good with food and we had fun figuring out the actual ingredients and steps. Chef was nice but for the price and the way this is advertised it was a little bit of a disappointment. The participants were awesome and we made it fun anyways.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.

I took my wife and her sister here . Chef Jenny was amazing and taught us all about the mediterranean cuisine. From the delicious in-house nann bread. To the delicious roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, and then finally the delicious skewered chicken with a yogurt sauce. Highly recommend this class and the instructor.

We had a very enjoyable night and the food was delicious. However, due to the large number of people in our group, we felt like we didn't get as much hands on experience with the actual preparation process as we thought we would going into the class.

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. The chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall very great seat up. Definitely recommend the experience.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Omei was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class. We learned a lot and had fun. The sweet and savory croissants were delicious.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep-fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry and enjoying coconut rice afterwards. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a recent Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship, Chef D.C. Bland combines classic training with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Known for his commitment to quality and creativity, he brings warmth and skill to every dish. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys sailing, playing bass guitar at his church and golfing.
