The Dim Sum cooking class was the ultimate date night activity! It’s ideal for any skill level since you’re paired into teams of four, making the process fun and collaborative. Our instructor, Maddie, was excellent—she provided clear, detailed instructions along with clever tips and tricks for mastering the meal. A big shout-out to Jonathan and Ellis, the kitchen assistants, who kept everything organized and running smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious, and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time! It was a social experience, as we were paired with another couple and had to do some teamwork to make delicious food. We cooked scallops, green beans, very cool (but alas too salty) potatoes (the salt was our responsibility and we went overboard haha), and poached pears. We have already replicated the scallops at home, with success, and are planning to do the same with the pears soon! Jailyn was knowledgeable and funny, and gave us lots of good tips. Highly recommended!
