Cooking Class - Southwestern Asia Explored

What You’ll Do

Craft a Persian feast alongside an expert chef.

It's a Persian cooking affair in this hands-on class, where you'll explore the flavors of Southwestern Asia. During this chef-led experience, you'll become a pro at assembling a Persian-style chopped cucumber and tomato salad with fresh mint (shirazi). Then, perfect your technique for making crispy Persian fried rice as you bring fragrant tahdig to life. You'll finish with cream puffs filled with a luscious pistachio cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
