What You’ll Do

Assemble an incredible holiday feast in this hands-on experience.

Juicy ribs, refreshing salads and sweet potato desserts are on the menu during this immersive cooking class experience. You'll begin by preparing an exquisite pepper-crusted prime rib with a flavorful horseradish crème fraîche. While your main dish is cooking, you'll start on an arugula salad with pomegranate and roasted squash. For a sweet yet savory finish, your chef will teach you how to craft sweet potato pie bars like a pro.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

The Resident Chef was professional, personable and an amazing chef. We shared a stove with another couple and had a fantastic time cooking and laughing. The food was delicious; the food I enjoyed the most was the steak and dessert. We will bel back for another class in the near future.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
