What You’ll Do

Savor bold, rustic dishes from Tuscany’s kitchen.

This Tuscan cooking class takes you on a flavorful journey through four courses of delectable dishes. Beginning with a roasted tomato and olive crostini, this appetizer sets the stage for what’s to come. Moving on to the main course, you’ll prepare a juicy strip steak and pair it with a rich chianti pan sauce, mastering the art of sauce reduction. Next, you’ll dive into fluffy potato gnocchi with fresh basil pesto and finish the class with a creamy honey yogurt panna cotta with figs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

class was fun. but very light and fluffy. big disappointment is not having the correct containers to bring things home! you just taste while there and then leave everything
