Cooking Class - Autumn Ravioli Essentials

What You’ll Do

Celebrate the flavors of the season at a ravioli masterclass.

Learn how to make one of Italy’s most popular foods at this hands-on cooking class. You’ll start by making your own pasta dough from scratch, before turning it into two ravioli dishes — butternut squash with arugula and walnut pesto, and herby ricotta with a pancetta and tomato sauce. You’ll also whip up a seasonal Caesar salad.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
