This 3-hour in-depth cooking class not only celebrates seasonal autumnal flavors but will also show you how to make the perfect macaron. A chef will instruct you on how to mix the batter correctly, pipe each round artistically and create delicious fillings. With these colorful, elegant cookies as part of your baking repertoire, you will always get a positive reaction from your tea-time guests.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
