Expand your knowledge of holiday cuisines with a global cooking glass. Discover hearty flavors from around the world under the instruction of a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Start with a refreshing arugula salad topped with roasted squash and fresh pomegranate. Next, learn to make the perfect pepper-crusted prime rib served with a side of spicy horseradish creme fraiche. Try your hand at making traditional latkes and end class with seasonal sweet potato pie bars for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Best was the delicious meal and the kitchen environment. The teaching was uninspiring and very impersonal. I couldn't remember all the cutting techniques when they were presented in one swoop. I had trouble putting the naan dough into the small slit in the hot oven. Why not pull the tray out all the way.
