Learn the heritage and history of creations such as cucumber and tomato salad, rice with a crispy twist, chicken kabobs seasoned with fragrant saffron and pistachio-filled pastry puffs. You'll be led a top local chef every step of the way.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We didn't have Chef Scott, but the chef we had was a lot of fun and very informative. And the donuts and fritters we made are the best we have ever had!

A fun class overall! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to do a whole lot of cooking though because of the limited outlets the chef made most of the sauces. It was a lot of watching and not a whole lot of doing which was a little disappointing. Also, it wasn’t made clear in the sign up that we would be paired with a random couple. Overall, I think the class expectations need to be laid out more clearly in the sign up.
