In this cooking class you will master the art of creating a simple yet stunning meal. Prepare chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, infusing each bite with rich, aromatic flavors. As you whip up brown butter mashed potatoes, discover how this technique elevates comfort food to a new level. Complement your dish with vibrant green beans, brightened by lemon and capers. Finish with a decadent chocolate chunk bread pudding drizzled with espresso crème anglaise for a delightful finale.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
