Start by preparing spicy grilled artichokes with garlic aioli and crusty bread. Your main entrée is braised fish with tomatoes and fennel over pasta. Master the mincing and chopping of tomatoes, fennel, olives and capers. This is served with lemon garlic green beans. For dessert, enjoy a sweet honey cake with drizzles of rich honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Crystal was AMAZING!!! She was so easy to work with and made sure we all had a great time! We all really enjoyed learning how to make the pasta and the dessert was incredible. I highly recommend!!

Chef Crystal was amazing, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience learning how to make ravioli and tortellini. She was extremely knowledgeable and very eager to teach us. I would recommend her to anyone!
