What You’ll Do

Master traditional techniques for creating a gourmet Mediterranean meal.

Designed for home chefs of all levels, this cooking class explores the flavors of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn key skills for preparing various recipes.

Start by preparing spicy grilled artichokes with garlic aioli and crusty bread. Your main entrée is braised fish with tomatoes and fennel over pasta. Master the mincing and chopping of tomatoes, fennel, olives and capers. This is served with lemon garlic green beans. For dessert, enjoy a sweet honey cake with drizzles of rich honey.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful and delicious evening with Chef Crystal — making the ravioli was fun, and every bite of every course was amazing. Plus, nice to have perfectly clean kitchen at the end :). Am interested if Chef Crystal could do an “Asian” cooking class? (We tipped in cash/that night)
