Sharpen your knives to prepare ingredients for silky pumpkin soup and reduce red wine into an indulgent sauce. Then, you'll stuff ink-black pasta with creamy butternut squash for a striking contrast. Finally, embrace the signature flavor of the season in a pumpkin spice parfait.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
