Celebrate Oktoberfest any time of year with a comforting meal full of festive German fare. Chef Matt's comfort in the kitchen and love of rustic, seasonal cuisine creates a warm, playful atmosphere full of laughter, fun, and incredible flavors.
This feast begins with crispy potato pancakes paired with fresh, homemade applesauce. Learn how to pound the thinnest cutlets and create a rich, golden breading as you make homemade wiener schnitzel with your choice of veal or pork. Tender spaetzle, a seasoned egg noodle, is served with fresh herbs and a rich brown butter sauce. This luscious array of savory courses is followed by a light, vibrant red pickled cabbage, which will teach you the basics of quick home-pickling. Dinner ends with a warm, buttery apple crisp served a la mode.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
