Explore the delicious nature of dim sum in this interactive cooking class. Your top-rated chef will show you how to make the perfect plump dumplings, teaching you the folding, pleating and steaming techniques that are key to crafting this Chinese staple. You'll also make dough for wrappers and create your own fillings in two varieties: sweet and savory. There's nothing but fun and learning in this class—book ahead!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
