Enjoy a Fun Day of Ravioli Making.
Get ready for a fun and flavorful cooking class focused on crafting fresh ravioli from scratch. Dive into making two delicious varieties: butternut squash ravioli with cider cream sauce and three cheese ravioli with pancetta and tomato sauce. Master the art of preparing fresh pasta dough, shaping each piece with care and cooking to perfection. Enjoy the fruits of your labor alongside a refreshing shaved Brussels sprouts, walnut and citrus salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.

Awful, if your location is the downtown store and not a home of yourself or the chef, it is a terrible experience only for people who have never cooked in their life and only see it as a novel activity. The staff barley pay attention to you, all the stuff is basically pre done for you, and then your put it all in a bowl together. Just cook at home

I loved our chef! But it was disappointing not to make our own pie crust as this was a big part of why I signed up. Also, I was cooking with two other people, so I did not get to do something start to finish as all tasks were split up between 3 people. For a $99 fee, most classes let you cook your own dishes. This was really disappointing.

Our team had a wonderful time cooking with Chef Rosalind; the Mediterranean dish we cooked was delicious! It was a fun team building event; we are looking forward to our next!

We were not notified the class was cancelled. In fact we received reminders and hour before to attend. They charged me multiple times and returned. I took vacation time for this class for nothing. Will never use again. Now multiple business days required to refund my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It was fun, but I wish I would have known more about the experience. Bringing wine wasn't an option, but people had it and most of us were confused. Also, spending all that money and having to share a station and the prep with another couple would have been useful prior to booking. I'd do this again, if we had our own station and could cook as one couple.

We attended the Rustic Italian date night class. Chef Rosalind was an excellent instructor; she explained the cooking directions clearly, as well as provided additional nutritional information. Our meal was delicious! I would recommend Cozymeal classes. They are fun and entertaining.

The class was definitely fun! It was a little different than I anticipated - for example there were four people to a station so my boyfriend and I shared everything with another couple - this was totally fine but just different! I was a little disappointed that the dough took too long to make so it was already pre-made. The class itself was closer to 2 hours and was not as hands on as I hoped. But still good experience and it was a beginner class so it makes sense!

We had a wonderful morning with Chef Kate learning to make croissants! She was an amazing instructor clearly explaing every step and had a sense of humor when we had mishaps lol! I learned so much about butter, yeast and the entire process. Then we each received 2 savory and 2 chocolate croissants to take home. Highly recommend you jump in and learn about the French art of the croissant!

Enjoyed the class and it was my first class. Renee is a great teacher, her communication with the group and on individual basis was excellent! I've enjoyed the hands on approach and she demonstrated those skills with finesse. The food was good quality and prep tools were good to use. I would have given a 5 star, however, I felt the size of the class was too large although I do understand the purpose of generating revenue from the class but it seemed to slow down the progress. I would have also liked to have completed the process of how to make the dessert from step 1 to finish. Would I attend another one, absolutely!! Is there a way you could design a class that is specific to what we want? For example, how to make pasta starting at scratch to preparing the dough to the end outcome? That is just merely an example.

Too many people in class (16). Perhaps could have beginner & advanced classes. Instructions very clear, hands on instruction. Renee was very knowledgeable, personable, & skilled.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!
