Get comfortable in the kitchen as you prepare a homey meal.
Take part in a cooking class where seasonal ingredients and a cozy autumn feast await. You'll learn how to prepare a three-course, fall-inspired meal, including chicken with a smoked hot honey glaze, roasted butternut squash with mozzarella, arugula and toasted nuts and classic buttermilk biscuits. For dessert, save room for apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream. All of this, with a world-class chef guiding you from start to finish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.
Adjustments cannot be made during the event.

We liked the atmosphere but the space was too small to work. The steak was overcooked, and the potatoes were undercooked. It was hard to follow the instructions. Then when we were ready to eat we had to stand. It was disappointing for the amount of money we paid.

The class was great! The chef was very knowledgeable, a true expert, and gave us many tips on making macarons. The ones we made were delicious!

The resident chef was amazing! I already signed up for another class. Warning: you make dishes in groups so you can only take a bit of what you made at the end.

Chef Joe was exceptional. He was a great instructor and we had a lot of fun and learned helpful tips. The food was absolutely delicious. I would have hoped for more steak though. We had one piece of flank for 4 people and it really wasn't enough to feed us all.

You work in groups. No heads up on that. Not comfortable having other people touch my food. They had way too many people — we were crammed in so that was a negative. Outside of a salad, we didn’t cook anything end to end. Drink was premade, dough was premade, entree and side were finished in the oven by chef helpers. Cute concept but not worth $100 per person. Stools would have been nice as not a fan of eating standing up

Me and my husband really enjoyed this cooking class. This was our first time. The chef was absolutely amazing! He made everything fun and easy. The food was great!! Can’t wait to book again

It was a good experience, but for the price I wasn’t expecting to have to share with another couple. The space was a little crammed.

Had a great time with the resident chef and other people in the class, was slightly disappointed on what we were actually making. Was expecting to learn how to actually make the pasta dough due to the class pictures and how it was presented and was expecting on making the desert as well (which is mainly why i wanted to take the class) What was also important to note is that the groups worked in teams and not a meal per couple which meant less food for each couple and was less intimate and felt like more of a double date night. Overall the food was great and the class was fun, but a little too overpriced or what’s actually presented.

It was very crammed. My partner and I were on a “team” with another couple and had to share a station. It was not stated that we would not get our own supplies and ingredients. Instead, we had to share the tasks of cooking with two other people meaning we did not get to learn some of the skills being taught. I feel that for about $200 it was not worth it because we did not get to do all of the cooking together. I think it should’ve been mentioned that the other people we were working with would be splitting the tasks. Also, we did not get to make the dessert as it was premade for us. That was not mentioned before hand either.

Really enjoyed the class...learned a few things we could apply to our breadmaking efforts, plus learned how to make focaccia, one of our favorite accompaniments to dinner. A fun class, well-run.

My partner and I attended the Rustic Bread class and was very excited to attend and learn from a passionate Chef! Was very disappointed early on to find the class seemed very much overbooked, which did not allow for a personal feel. Second, for the price, each individual should have been able to bake their own bread to take home but instead it was closer to 1 small French loaf and focaccia split between the groups and lastly the class was taught by a resident chef; Chef Christina in no way taught or influenced this class and her stand in was understandably nervous but her delivery was monotonous. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this class to anyone I know. I could have watched a YouTube video on bread making and it would have been more informative and exciting. I feel like the description was disingenuous, and the price was at least double what it should be. I think the concept is fun but there was no attention to detail, and overall the workers acted as if it was a chore that they were there. Disappointed, but hopefully this review is read so future goers can have a better experience.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!
