In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn to craft ravioli from scratch, starting with fresh pasta dough. Create delicate butternut squash ravioli draped in a cider cream sauce and a rich three cheese ravioli with pancetta and tomato sauce. Complement your pasta with a shaved Brussels sprouts, walnut and citrus salad for a refreshing balance. Perfect for pasta enthusiasts, this class will elevate your culinary skills as you master the art of homemade ravioli.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
