Cooking Class - Fresh Cravable Croissants

Learn how to make fresh croissants at home with hands-on help.

Experience the joy of a croissant you made with your own two hands in this interactive cooking class. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll learn how to create dough and bake your pastries so that every flaky layer is perfectly placed. You’ll even learn how to make a variety of fillings for sweet and savory croissants.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
