Craft a selection of Italian dishes during a hands-on cooking session.
Treat your taste buds to mouthwatering Italian eats during this hands-on cooking class. For your main course, you'll learn to prepare beloved sweet potato gnocchi from scratch, paired with a perfectly seasoned strip steak. Your world-class chef will guide you through each step from start to finish, ensuring you never miss a beat. Finally, for dessert, indulge in a deliciously light whipped treat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
