Learn how to fold and roll butter into your croissant dough to achieve the perfect lamination in this practical cooking class. A five-star chef will share their tips and tricks to help you create croissants that wouldn’t look out of place in the best bakeries in Paris. Experiment with the many flavor variations of this iconic French breakfast pastry treat.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Best was the delicious meal and the kitchen environment. The teaching was uninspiring and very impersonal. I couldn't remember all the cutting techniques when they were presented in one swoop. I had trouble putting the naan dough into the small slit in the hot oven. Why not pull the tray out all the way.
