What You’ll Do

Discover how to make your own pasta and never buy it in a box again.

Learn the essentials to producing your own pasta at home with this practical cooking class. First, the chef instructor will show you how to make a dough, which can be used for an endless variety of pasta shapes. Then, you’ll focus on creating fillings and sauces that are jam-packed with flavor to complement each pasta type.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We has a wonderful time learning from Chef Randy and making the meal. The pesto apparently didn't come out as she expected, but it was the best part of the meal!

A truly fun experience! It was delicious food and we learned new techniques for cooking.

Not even close to expectation. Very little concept was taught/demonstrated on sushi making. Tuna was not sushi grade. No mention of any ideas like nigiri or hand roll. Had to ask for wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Quite disappointing.
