Master the art of making homemade pasta using traditional Italian methods.
Join this cooking class to learn everything you need to know about pasta. Let the gourmet chef show you how to craft homemade delicious pasta in this hands-on class. You will learn how to mix, knead and roll the pasta dough by hand. Then, learn to make delicious fillings and sauces to accompany your various pasta shapes and create wonderful meals and memories.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.
