Discover professional techniques for an iconic holiday cake.
Add a festive French touch to your holiday dessert bar with this iconic cake. Guided by a local chef, you will whisk up a fluffy cake and rich Italian mocha buttercream to combine in a classic roulade. Decorate your Buche de Noel with handmade marzipan pinecones and sugared cranberries for some holiday flare.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
