Treat your loved one to a steak meal to remember
In this immersive cooking class, you'll discover how to make an unforgettable steak meal. You’ll pair fresh, seasonal produce with a succulent steak, enhancing the meal with a bourbon-shallot compound butter and have fun working alongside other attendees as you make a classic gratin and finish the meal with sweet cannoli.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
